With experience in project management and leading global teams in the oil & gas industry, Rachel has a proven track record of driving communication and progress for complex, fast-moving projects. As Chief Operating Officer for the team, she is responsible for development processes, resources, and the development project management group. She is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Kansas. In addition, Rachel has spoken at conferences, authored white papers and a book. She was recognized as an ENR Top 20 Under 40 honoree in 2023 and is a Vice President at Black & Veatch.
