Khundmir is a Director for Power and Grid Strategy at Diode Ventures, where he leads the interconnection effort for utility-scale renewables and data center projects. With nearly a decade of experience in the energy industry, Khundmir brings extensive knowledge in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), FACTS devices, Microgrids, and Transmission and Distribution Planning. He has worked as an Application Engineer for STATCOM and BESS, led several projects in T&D planning, and worked as a Product Development Manager for Electrification Projects in the O&G sector. Khundmir holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering specializing in Power Systems.
