Scott is an experienced project finance professional with a demonstrated record of successfully structuring and managing project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector. At Diode, Scott leads and participates in origination and execution activities of project finance transactions including capital raising efforts for distributed generation renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to Diode, Scott was a leader on Fifth Third bank’s project finance team as a Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager. Scott also pulls from six years of real estate experience in origination, FP&A and underwriting in both in residential and commercial real estate.

Scott holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
