Matt Waronicki manages Diode's origination efforts for the utility scale renewables group. Matt works with commercial and industrial customers as well as utilities to structure offtake agreements for solar and battery projects. Prior to Diode, Matt worked on structured energy contracts for NextEra Energy's power marketing group, managing a portfolio of both financial and physical transactions across ERCOT, ISO-NE and PJM. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
