Bill’s track record spans a decade in renewable energy and infrastructure investment and development. In his role at Diode, Bill leads and supports across the organization the origination, evaluation, structuring, execution and long-term management of transactions and capital raising efforts. Prior to this, Bill was the CFO and head of renewable investments for an emerging infrastructure asset manager and led project finance and M&A functions for top renewable developers 8minutenergy and SunEdison. Bill holds CFA and CPA designations.
