Nick serves as Legal Counsel at Diode Ventures. Nick is a skilled transactional attorney who assists in the full spectrum of Diode’s business, financial, and commercial real estate transactions, including: acquisitions; project development and construction; options; operating agreements; commercial leases, including build-to-suit and ground leases; and joint ventures. Nick is responsible for managing documents and processes required to initiate and complete complex transactions in the renewable energy, data center, and commercial real estate sectors. Prior to joining Diode, Nick worked in private practice assisting developers and investors throughout the full lifecycle of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
